About the Role

The Vice President – Product at MeritBey is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the long-term product vision across MeritBey’s research, analytics, and digital intelligence platforms. This leader will build scalable product ecosystems, drive innovation, and ensure products deliver measurable business impact for clients and internal stakeholders.

The VP – Product will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, research, data science, and commercial teams to align product strategy with MeritBey’s growth objectives and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the enterprise-wide product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with MeritBey’s business goals
  • Lead and mentor product managers, designers, and cross-functional product teams
  • Drive product innovation across data platforms, analytics tools, AI-enabled solutions, and research products
  • Establish product governance, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes
  • Partner with engineering and data leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality product delivery
  • Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into differentiated product offerings
  • Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch, scale, and optimizationDefine and track product success metrics, OKRs, and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements

Requirements
