Director Of Business Development

We are looking for a Director of Business Development who can get the job done. Come work for a global company that specializes in providing engagement solutions for F500 businesses. They offer services related to employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives and channel partner programs. Their goal is to help companies motivate and engage their employees, customers, and partners to drive better results.

Must have a stable career history - no more than four jobs in the past ten years - This is a hybrid role but must be in the office at least three days per week. Need to live in the greater Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities
  • The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customer's critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer's business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum ten years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
  • Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
  • Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
  • History of career stability with a maximum of four jobs in the last ten years.
  • Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

Compensation is not capped and is based on your performance. Offering a base salary $140K plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability.
