Responsibilities:

Lead Procurement Analytics, Digital Transformation, and AI Strategy

  • Develop and manage the Procurement analytics, digital transformation, and AI roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
  • Identifyand scale high-value analytics, automation, and AI use cases that improve Procurement effectiveness.
  • Serve as the business owner for Procurement analytics and AI solutions, ensuring they are useful, adopted, and aligned to strategic needs.
  • Define success measures and track outcomes from analytics, automation, and AI investments.

LeadandBuildTeamCapability

  • Lead, coach, and develop analyticsteam membersthrough clear priorities, performancefeedback, and development plans.

Build ScalableandGoverned Solutions

  • Define business requirements for data models, reporting structures, and analytics solutions.
  • Establish standardized intake, prioritization, development, deployment, and support processes.
  • Ensure analytics solutions are reusable, sustainable, automated whereappropriate, and well documented.
  • Maintain standards for data governance, data quality, validation, model monitoring, and responsible AI use.

Partner with ITandEnterpriseDataTeams

  • Partner with IT, enterprise data teams, and business stakeholders to translateProcurementneeds into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Represent Procurement business needs in data architecture, analytics requirements, and AI initiatives.
  • Support evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement technologies, data platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Master's degree (MBA, Predictive Analytics, Data Science, or Information Systems) preferred

Experience:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, ora relatedfield.
  • 3+ years of experience leading analytics, reporting, or business intelligence professionals.
  • Experience developing analytics, digital transformation, data strategy, or Center of Excellence roadmaps.
  • Experience leading cross-functional analytics, automation, process improvement, or AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business problems into scalable analytics products and decision-support capabilities.
  • Expertproficiencyin SQL and advanced experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, modern data architecture, and predictive analytics concepts.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms preferred.

National Target Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $166,000.00.The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $110,000.00 - $184,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
