Job description

Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Procurement Accounting Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Midtown Manhattan. The successful candidate will be posses strong attention to detail, are highly analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communicaiton skills.
  • Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.
Role Overview:
  • Contract Role: 6 months
  • Pay:$40-44/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
  • Schedule: M-F 9AM to 6PM, 1 hour unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
  • Handle vendor setup and management
  • Perform order creation and purchase requisitions
  • Monitor invoices and cash disbursements
  • Support month-end closes ensuring all invoices are submitted timely
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and explain key variances to budgets & forecasts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related business concentration
  • 2+ years of relevant finance or accounting work
  • Ability to work within large datasets
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience utilizing SAP Ariba or Oracle Fusion is required
