  • Scale & Governance: Establish enterprise-grade procurement policies, risk mitigation frameworks, and internal controls that safeguard the business while optimizing the employee experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Define and optimize the end-to-end intake, review, and governance model for enterprise-wide vendor onboarding and tool acquisition.
  • Data & Analytics: Establish advanced spend analytics, vendor performance scorecards, cycle-time tracking, and savings reporting for executive-level visibility.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class, high-performing global organization across procurement operations, accounts payable and strategic sourcing.
  • Fiscal Responsibility: Direct departmental capital allocation, support department leaders in managing operating budgets, and ensure strategic cost discipline aligned with long-term financial goals.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the principal executive advisor on procurement risk, vendor consolidation, trade-offs, and spend optimization.

  • Deep experience overseeing software, SaaS, IT infrastructure, and complex indirect spend categories in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience modernizing enterprise procurement technology stacks, policy frameworks, and operating models.
  • Track record of building strong partnerships with C-suite and executive stakeholders to align cross-functional priorities.
  • Extensive organizational leadership experience, with a proven ability to attract, build, and retain top-tier leaders and teams.
