Job description

We're looking for an Executive Briefing Manager to join Procore's growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution and results for our executive briefings.

As an Executive Briefing Manager, you'll collaborate with account teams and leaders across the entire organization to develop briefing agendas and experiences built for customer and prospective customer Executives. You'll partner directly with Sales and Customer Success and other teams from the business to facilitate in-person engagement between Procore leadership and top accounts that maximizes relationship building and pipeline acceleration. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who has the knowledge of how to help account teams build the best experience for their account and can learn and grow their knowledge of Procore technology and the trends that affect the construction industry.

This role will report to our Sr. Manager, Executive Program Marketing and can be based remotely. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with account teams and leaders across the entire organization to develop customized briefing agendas and experiences built for customer and prospective customers in our Austin, TX or Santa Barbara, CA briefing centers.
  • Promote and evangelize the Executive Briefing Program internally through regular enablement and engagement with account teams.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with leadership, Product Marketing, and key stakeholders to expand briefing content and offerings.
  • Host on-site, virtual, and hybrid executive briefings, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key customer accounts and executive stakeholders.
  • Capture, analyze, and share Voice of the Customer insights to influence leadership, product strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Measure program success through participant feedback, performance metrics, and continuous process improvements while reporting briefing outcomes and follow-up actions.
  • Define and track quarterly OKRs, report program impact on pipeline and acceleration, and support up to 40% domestic (and occasional international) travel for executive briefings.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, executive engagement, or related roles.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Executive Briefing Centers; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with experience partnering across sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership.
  • Analytical, strategic, and action-oriented problem solver with experience using data to optimize programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and briefing management tools (e.g., Briefing Source).
Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

114,400.00 - 157,300.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
