Job description

Purpose:

To implement necessary administrative, organizational and supervisory activities as required for the efficient execution of a project consistent with company-wide practices. A liaison between the main office and the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents, and the Office, with duties as assigned on multiple projects.
  • Supervise and train Project Engineers.
  • Prepare Project meeting minutes/agendas through Procore and attend Project meetings with clients and project team members.
  • Manage documentation, plans and photo management in Procore across all projects.
  • Order and deliver hard copies of plans, as needed.
  • Material Procurement: Order, expedite and verify delivery of items.
  • Create and manage Subcontractor contracts.
  • Work with Billing Department on SOVs for contracts.
  • Update FN Logs/FNs in Procore with billing information.
  • Review and distribute project design changes with Project Managers.
  • Prepare Project cost analysis when requested.
  • Assist Project Engineers in preparation of Green Code Inspection documentation
  • Assist Project Engineers with creating Client Close-Out manuals and warranty binders.
  • Project supervision when needed.
  • Update, format, and distribute project schedules

Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in heavy residential construction and administration, understanding of construction plans, schedules and drawings, interact with computers, software programs and technology, ability to work well with others and independently, confident, consistent pleasant demeanor, must have strong written and verbal skills, detail oriented, strong organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

Full time - Exempt

100K - 120K salaried
