Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Frontier Models to join Procoreโ€™s AI Product organization. In this role, youโ€™ll own a defined product area within our Frontier Models & Spatial Intelligence initiative, driving outcomes that help customers identify design risk earlier, improve constructability, and reduce costly rework. The primary goal of this role is to translate complex customer problems and emerging AI capabilities into clear product direction, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable customer outcomes.

As a Senior Product Manager, youโ€™ll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and construction domain experts to lead discovery, definition, and delivery for your product area. Use your strengths in customer research, problem framing, and product decisionโ€‘making to shape experiences that fit naturally into Procoreโ€™s platform and workflows. This position will report to out Senior Director, Applied AI and be based in our San Francisco office. Weโ€™re looking for someone to join us immediately. This is a hybrid position and will require in office up to 3-5 days a week.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Own outcomes for a defined product area within Procoreโ€™s AI & Spatial Intelligence portfolio.

  • Lead customer discovery efforts, including user interviews, workflow walkthroughs, and feedback sessions, to deeply understand customer problems and needs.

  • Craft clear product briefs and artifacts that explain the โ€œwhy,โ€ align stakeholders, and guide execution.

  • Define and prioritize requirements and acceptance criteria by considering customer value, technical feasibility, and risk.

  • Partner with engineering and design to lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.

  • Balance shortโ€‘term incremental improvements with longerโ€‘term strategic bets to advance your product area.

  • Set, track, and communicate featureโ€‘level customer outcomes and explain why they matter.

  • Coordinate crossโ€‘functionally to ensure smooth product launches and a cohesive endโ€‘toโ€‘end customer experience.

What weโ€™re looking for

  • 4+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience owning outcomes in a product area.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one problem space, with developing knowledge of adjacent domains and competitive landscapes.

  • Strong discovery skills, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights and fostering a culture of customer research.

  • Proven ability to write effective product briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria with clear logic and rationale.

  • Experience prioritizing work across competing demands while maintaining alignment to longerโ€‘term strategy.

  • Ability to operate with limited direction in ambiguous problem spaces, identifying next steps with some guidance.

  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including coordinating across teams to deliver successful releases.

  • Effective communicator who builds trust, inspires confidence, and creates alignment among diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have experience with:

  • B2B SaaS or platform products with complex user workflows

  • AIโ€‘powered or dataโ€‘driven product features

  • Construction, design, or technical professional user personas

  • Working closely with ML, data, or platform engineering teams

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

193,844.00 - 266,535.50 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidateโ€™s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
