About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing construction and development company in San Diego that is actively seeking a Construction Administrator to support their project team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with construction admin experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support project managers with daily operations
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintain and organize project documentation in Procore
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and project tracking

What You Need

  • Construction administration or project coordination experience
  • Experience using Procore (required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
