Job description

Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Oceanside, CA

Project Details: 360 unit multifamily with 60+ key hotel; ground up project starting in September

Company Type: Owner, Developer Builder; Top 5 ranked in the US for luxury multifamily

Compensation: Up to 110k base + 20% annual bonus + full benefits


We're Top 5 ranked owner, developer builder of luxury multifamily apartments in the United States. Our Southern California division is currently in growth mode with several projects currently underway with another start in September in Oceanside and projects in the pipeline in San Diego & up in Orange County.


We're actively building out the field team for a 30+ month project in Oceanside.


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of project engineer experience or other construction related trade experience
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related fields
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project & Procore
  • Within 50 mile radius of Oceanside & able to work daily on project site
