Ody Process is Floridaโ€™s most trusted process serving company, with over 30 years of experience serving law firms, attorneys, and clients nationwide. Weโ€™re expanding our remote operations team and hiring a Process Serving Operations Specialist to help close out jobs, verify details, and prepare affidavits with accuracy and professionalism.

This role is perfect for someone who has worked in process serving, paralegal support, or legal administration and understands the importance of precision, speed, accuracy and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Review job notes, invoices and proof of service documentation for accuracy
  • Prepare and finalize affidavits of service and non-service
  • Communicate with process servers and clients regarding case updates and status
  • Close out completed jobs within deadlines and maintain detailed records
  • Assist with e-filing and document submission where applicable
  • Ensure all service attempts and affidavits meet state compliance standards

Requirements

  • Prior experience in process serving or legal support (required)
  • Working knowledge of affidavits, proofs of service, and legal filings
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems, email, and online case portals
  • Reliable remote setup and professional communication skills
  • Located in Florida (preferred, not required) must know Floridas service of process laws
