Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Server Operations Coordinator to lead and streamline our process serving activities. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of legal document deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate service across multiple jurisdictions. Your proactive approach will help maintain compliance, optimize operational efficiency, and support our commitment to exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate daily and manage the process servers schedules and workload to ensure all papers get served timely (mostly midday)
  • Meet with process servers during daily paper pickup/drop-off
  • Review completed jobs for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure affidavits are properly signed and complete
  • Confirm service attempts follow all client and court instructions
  • Verify timelines are being met (rush jobs, court deadlines, L&T, etc.)
  • Proactively address missed attempts or deficiencies
  • Triage daily paper distribution based on geography, urgency, and workload
  • Log in new jobs accurately into ServeManager
  • Generate and prepare affidavits for completed services

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail (legal document experience a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to confidently manage and direct field personnel
  • Professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize under daily deadline pressure
  • Experience in legal support, court services, or logistics a plus but not required
