Senior Associate Process Manager (Network Disputes)
As a Senior Associate of Network Disputes you will be responsible for monitoring assigned accounts for out of balances and research to resolve outstanding disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to support disputes resolution and reconciliation
  • Process Governance: Adhere to departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure strict adherence to governance models
  • Innovation: Champion process improvements that reduce manual work and reduce complexity
  • Resolve complex problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns
  • Work closely with colleagues that key disputes. Coach and train junior levels on processes and performance targets

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
