Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related field required
  • 3+ years in relevant work required
    • Managing complex projects (Non-IT) 
    • Process Design or Process Improvement

Licenses

  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt or equivalent experience required
  • Process Design or Process Improvement certification preferred
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred

The Manager- Process Excellence leads and manages medium to large strategic cross functional initiatives. Key to this role is the ability to adapt and thrive in a maturing environment leveraging various strategic methodologies to ensure the results exceed expectations. This role is responsible for bringing together expertise from across the enterprise, facilitating change and delivering customer value.

In this role you will:

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives within the Process Excellence portfolio, establish clear communication, identify and mitigate obstacles and ensure timely completion
  • Champion Business Process Management including guiding groups and or teams through process design, reengineering and opportunity assessments - ensure compliance (department, state and federal regulations)
  • Interact with varying levels of management and departments across the organization, utilize consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Advocate needs of the customer and the business, drive the voice of the customer, as well as the voice of the business
