BuzzBallz is seeking an experienced Processing Manager to lead day-to-day operations within the Processing Department in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing blending, batching, filtering, raw material coordination, and production planning to ensure products are prepared efficiently while meeting quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Processing Manager will lead frontline teams, drive operational improvements, and support new product development to ensure production goals and customer expectations are achieved.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily processing operations, including blending, batching, filtering, and raw material coordination to support bottling schedules
  • Oversee line planning, inbound raw material shipments, and inventory management to maintain production continuity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with TTB-approved formulas, food safety requirements, quality standards, and operating procedures
  • Coach and develop frontline leaders and processing teams to improve performance, engagement, and operational execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings while maintaining product quality

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in processing, batching, beverage manufacturing, or production operations
  • Prior supervisory or people leadership experience
  • Experience with processing and batching activities in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Experience in alcohol beverage, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with ISO, HACCP, or food safety implementation and management
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting
  • In-person job attendance required

The annual salary range for this role is $123,000 - $155,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
