Role: Global Process Analyst
Location :- Dallas,TX (Remote)
Duration: Long term
  • 6 - 8 Year of overall experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles.
  • 3 - 4 Year of Experience in ITSM practice in managing ITIL processes like Governance, IM, CM, PM Etc.
  • Should have excellent process understanding.
  • Experienced in Process designing, process mapping in at least 2 ITSM Engagements.
  • Should be practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management / ITIL functions.
  • ITIL V3 Expert/ ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified.
