PROGRAM MANAGER – ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS
Your new role
Hays Enterprise Solutions partners with some of the world’s largest organizations to design and deliver workforce solutions that go beyond traditional recruitment. As a Program Manager – SOW on our Enterprise Solutions team, you’ll serve as the primary onsite lead for a complex, high-volume services procurement program — guiding hiring managers through the full SOW lifecycle, driving supplier performance, and ensuring the program runs with precision and integrity. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable at the whiteboard and in the weeds, who builds credibility with senior stakeholders through execution rather than presentations, and who thrives when the environment is fast-moving and the problems are real.
About Hays Enterprise Solutions
Hays Enterprise Solutions manages and strategically develops a defined portfolio of global clients across all Hays service lines and geographies — working at the C-suite level to increase market share, expand geographic reach, and deepen client loyalty. Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.
When you join Enterprise Solutions, you’re joining a high-performing team that spans industry veterans with 12+ years of MSP/RPO expertise alongside professionals earlier in their Hays journey — all operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hands-on leadership and a culture that celebrates results.

- Manage supplier relationships and performance to drive quality outcomes across the program
- Be comfortable working at the transactional level — handling issues, resolving escalations, and ensuring work gets done
Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor program performance, identify risks or gaps, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
