The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, managing the towing team, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a thorough understanding of towing industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily towing operations to ensure timely and high-quality service.
  • Manage and supervise towing personnel, including drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor fleet maintenance and ensure all vehicles are properly serviced and compliant with safety standards.
