Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Analyze, track, and report high-cost and high-use MRO spare parts to support inventory reduction and cost control initiatives.
  • Support inventory optimization efforts including obsolete inventory reduction, UNSLOB initiatives, and reorder point (ROP) reviews.
  • Build andmaintainspend analysis reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and leadership decision-making.
  • Consolidateand review MRO and Facilities data by GL account on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual basis.
  • Develop,maintain, and report Facilities KPIs, dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Automate and streamline administrative processes including cycle counts, chemical inventory tracking, and data cleanup using Excel and ERP tools.
  • Support ERP data integrity through investigation and correction of discrepancies, duplicate part setups, and incorrect inventory records.
  • Improve andmaintainFacilities and Maintenance documentation including System21 user guides, spare parts setup standards, and process workflows.
  • Support standardization of search efficiency, labeling practices, and part setup reduction initiatives.
  • AssistFacilitiesleadership with contractor coordination and scheduling asrequiredto support preventive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain and coordinate Right-to-Know (RTC) training records and support scheduling of required sessions.
  • Supporttoolingdata management including documentation, reporting, and coordination of tooling regrind activities across multiple sites.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support forCapExprojects, including vendor setup, data reformatting, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for leadership meetings and operational reviews.
  • Provide Japanese-language support for technical drawings, supplier communication, and documentation asrequired.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords and documentation supporting Facilities inventory, process improvement, and cost-savings initiatives.
  • Maintain availability during standard business hours and transition between onsite and remote work asrequiredto meet departmental and operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate Degreeor equivalent experience in facilities, operations, supply chain, business analytics, ora relatedfield.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience supporting facilities, maintenance, inventory management, or operational analytics preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MicrosoftOffice;experience with ERP systemsstronglypreferred.
  • Ability to analyze data,identifytrends, and clearly communicate findings to leadership.
  • Experience supporting inventory management, MRO processes, or spare parts optimization preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Japanese language reading and communication skills preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across Facilities, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and external suppliers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Primarily office-based work. Occasional time spent in manufacturing areassupportinventory, documentation, audits, or coordination activities. Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Combination of remote, office, and manufacturing plant environments. This positionoperatesunder a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of two (2) onsite workdays per week, withadditionalonsite presencerequiredas business needsdictate. The hybrid arrangement may bemodifiedor suspended at any time based on operational requirements.

When onsite, the employee maybe requiredto wearappropriate personalprotective equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toe shoes, while in designated manufacturing areas.
