Oracle Hyperion Planning Developer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary Skill: Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase.
Secondary: SQL
Experience: Between 8 to 20 years
Required Skills Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Essbase and Hyperion Planning.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining multidimensional databases and business rules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with Smart View, data integration, and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Essbase cubes and Hyperion Planning applications.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements and implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.
• Optimize Essbase calculations, data loads, and reporting for performance and accuracy.
• Manage metadata, business rules, and security within Hyperion Planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Essbase and Hyperion Planning environments.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for planning and reporting processes.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and integration projects involving EPM systems.
Salary Range- $120,000-$130,000 a year
