Summary

The Director of Business Transformation will drive critical organizational changes for operational excellence and sustainable growth. This leader will have a proven record of leading large-scale change initiatives in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will apply expertise in finance, process improvement, data analytics, KPI management, and program transformation to align strategies with long-term goals.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with company vision and goals, ensuring project delivery and value realization
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline operations using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
  • KPIs and Data Visibility: Establish and monitor KPIs across all levels to drive accountability and informed decision-making
  • Performance and Financial Results: Drive superior performance and financial outcomes, collaborating closely with finance and operations teams.
  • Organizational Transformation: Champion change initiatives, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Transformation of Key Business Programs: Own the transformation of programs and core business pillars that are of high risk, impact, and complexity. Ensure these programs are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes
  • Team Building: Develop and lead a centralized operations team including Data Analytics & Systems, Program Managers, and Biz Ops Strategy.
  • Collaborator Engagement: Collaborate and communicate with key partners across the organization to secure consensus and support for transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics/engineering, economics, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 7+ years in business transformation within food and beverage manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformations and process improvements across diverse teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and project management tools
  • Proficiency in data analytics and ERP tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, SAP)
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Consistent travel expectation of 50% of the time to our Twin Falls, Idaho facility
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the warehouse for long periods
  • Capability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., cold, heat, dust)
  • This role typically works in an office and/or warehouse facility and outdoors as required, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands

The salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 - $220,000.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
