Job Summary

• Provide engineering support for electron beam manufacturing operations
• Lead process improvements, equipment upgrades, validations, and capital projects
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to improve product quality and production efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize electron beam manufacturing processes
• Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities
• Manage medium to large capital equipment projects
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures
• Implement process, equipment, and technology improvements
• Conduct statistical analysis and process performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
• Support new product introductions and process transfers
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
