Job Title
Global Process Engineer Sr
As the Global Process Engineer Senior, you will be responsible for leading projects aiming to sustain, optimize and develop manufacturing processes. In this role, you will focus on improving yield, cost and process capability while supporting new product development through structured problem-solving approach.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross functional teams to execute complex projects that have a substantial impact on business operations, utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Track project status and results, providing reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, builds business cases, and launches project teams using good project management to oversee team activities.
  • Enable multi-site alignment and standardization to improve process control.
  • Drive root cause analyses and resolution of critical issues following structured problem solving
  • Remove and elevate project barriers; develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities, supporting business continuity and project success.
  • Apply knowledge of statistical analysis, project management, Lean Six Sigma, quality, and basic financial principles to assigned projects.
  • Design, collects, compiles and analyzes data for experimentation during process improvement projects.
  • Is pro-active, analytical, process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer.
  • Perform tasks utilizing knowledge of other functions that provide input regularly, i.e. Research and Development, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning and Operations.
  • Interface with customers as required to support the Commercial Organization, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of technical experience applying engineering skills/methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading successful improvement projects.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Experience applying Lean Manufacturing; Six Sigma and structured problem solving.
  • Experience in Design of Experiments; Statistical process controls and data-driven statistical tools.
  • Experience managing and leading diverse project teams, acting as a team player with strong leadership abilities who communicate effectively.
  • Performs detail-oriented tasks utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus.
  • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Specific Role Requirements:
  • Travel: up to 20-50% (travel is based on project needs)
  • Location: Golden, CO preferred. Alternate locations in Hillsboro, OR or Oak Ridge, TN may be considered, with additional travel required.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 108,000.00 - USD 136,013.00
