The Opportunity

The Adobe Business and Strategic Operations team, in the Platform organization, seeks someone with critical thinking and outstanding communication skills. This person must also work well with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone with passion, fresh ideas, is intellectually curious and has a focus on planning and partner management.

What you'll do

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving critical initiatives to achieve business impact and support the growth of the Adobe Unified Platform Org and Adobe as a company. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Roadmap Planning & Alignment: Drive cross-organizational roadmap planning on a rolling basis, ensuring alignment across the AUP organization through structured intake processes and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategy Development & Performance: Establish and maintain a regular cadence for strategy reviews, creating measurement frameworks to track success metrics and enabling data-driven iteration and optimization.
  • Data-Driven Transparency & Decision Velocity: Partner with key collaborators to establish data quality standards and visibility dashboards that enable faster strategic decision-making and provide cross-organizational transparency into roadmap progress and priorities.
  • Operational Excellence & Innovation: Challenge the status quo by exploring innovative ways to operate, streamlining workflows and processes and developing automation frameworks to scale ways of working.

What you need to succeed

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in SaaS or digital environments
  • Preferably hold an MBA and a BS or equivalent experience in a STEM field
  • Self-starter who influences and drives outcomes without formal authority, building consensus across cross-functional teams and organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to lead discussions, present complex insights, and tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics and metrics to inform strategic decisions and recommendations
  • Proven track record solving complex business problems and delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills to influence and impact interested parties at all levels
  • Storytelling ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights across written and verbal channels
  • Possessing high personal accountability or relevant experience, along with flexibility to pivot and address emerging priorities

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $81,500 -- $162,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $112,400 - $162,800

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
