Who You'll Work With

Reporting to the Manager of the Forms Administration team within Marketing Operations.

About The Role

Senior Forms Analyst will be responsible for bringing accurate and compliant forms to market quickly and efficiently. This position supports the IR and Life businesses in all phases of the customer journey and sales process-from pre-sale and product development through new business and in-force. This individual will assist in developing, evaluating, monitoring, and evolving standardized processes and templates to increase efficiency in the forms-development process. This individual will leverage technology, tools, and resources to facilitate effective forms creation, distribution, and administration. The individual in the role will be required to be organized, data driven, and customer-focused to drive timely results.

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure forms and applications are updated in a timely manner to meet compliance mandates and product release schedules.
  • Load and manage forms in the various and multiple repositories and web properties required in the IR business.
  • Maintain accurate metadata, digital components, and descriptions for all 2,400+ IR and Life forms.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales/distribution teams on sales kits and product/firm nuances.
  • Create and develop periodic reports to deliver insights and trends.
  • Assess and provide thorough data and recommendations to consolidate redundant forms and streamline assets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment, leveraging understanding of the current and historical suite of Corebridge products, features, and systems.
  • Optimize inventory for customer satisfaction.
  • Clearly and articulately provide documented rationale behind decisions and memorialize them.
  • Provide suggestions and plans to upgrade processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Use organizational acumen and experience to contribute to other departments and functions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years' experience in financial services preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing and updating large-scale form libraries (1,000+ assets) across multiple repositories and digital platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time product releases.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with product, sales, distribution, and other stakeholders, supported by a solid understanding of financial/insurance products and their lifecycle.
  • Analytical and process-improvement expertise, including reporting, data-driven decision-making, asset rationalization, clear documentation of rationale, and the ability to recommend and implement system and process enhancements.
  • Must be proficient MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with Jira is preferred.
  • Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and high level of personal accountability; excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in either Corebridge Financial's Woodland Hills, CA or Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
