They are looking for a Network Analyst who will administer and support the enterprise network systems.

Responsibilities include network design, technology evaluations, network architecture, topology development, maintain network, and system specifications. Other responsibilities include network monitoring, performance analysis, customer support, and fault / problem management. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Configuration, implementation, and maintenance: Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, Cisco VPN, Velocloud SD-WAN, Meraki Wireless, ISE, other Network Team Devices Monitoring Systems: WhatsUp, MRTG, Nectus, and others Other tools: Catalyst/DNA Center, ThousandEyes, Network Device/Warehouse Inventory Management Remote access maintenance and configuration.

Cable Management configuration, implementation, maintenance Internet connectivity configuration, implementation, maintenance. Provide 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends. On-call rotations required.

Qualifications: NERC certification required to work in a power plant environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience preferred 2 Years. CCNA preferred but not required.

Experience: General knowledge with Cisco router and switch configuration, implementation and maintenance / troubleshooting. A minimum of 2 years technical experience. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: TCP/IP protocol analysis.

VoIP protocol configuration and analysis. Network monitoring tools maintenance and configuration. Administration of operating systems: Unix, Linux, Windows.

DHCP configuration and maintenance. Dedication to following procedures and regulations. Ability to work as an individual contributor or as a team member.

Understanding of analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with diverse user community. Physical Requirements: Most duties are performed during standard business hours.

Must be able to lift 50lbs. Valid driver's license and the ability to attend meetings and respond to network problems at various Plant sites when necessary. Working Conditions Electrical Plant and Data Center environment.

Travel is required. Some after hours support and change control required. On call rotations required.

Role Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge and understanding of Network administration and maintenance. Working knowledge of IP. Working knowledge of Cisco IOS for Routers and Switches.

Understanding of routing protocols. Functional experience within Network Configuration. Basic understanding of IP based routing concepts.

Basic understanding of network troubleshooting methods. Basic experience in developing router and switch configurations. Experienced in working with Network roles.
