The Privacy team builds a scalable, risk-aware privacy program embedded across our technology, operations, and company practices. The team focuses on integrating privacy into product design, strengthening data governance, and ensuring global compliance while maintaining customer trust. You'll work closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and data teams to ensure privacy is consistently applied across systems and processes. The team values clear communication, thoughtful problem solving, and measurable program execution.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Privacy, you will define and drive large-scale privacy initiatives across engineering teams. You will build program structure, establish milestones, and track measurable outcomes such as KPIs and delivery timelines. This role requires strong technical understanding to translate complex systems into actionable plans, along with the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders. You will help shape how privacy programs are designed and executed across the company while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business needs!
This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
  • Define and manage privacy program roadmaps, including milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes such as KPIs and reporting metrics
  • Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and data teams to ensure privacy requirements are clearly defined and implemented in systems and processes
  • Build and scale programs that support data governance, including data lifecycle management, retention, and access controls
  • Lead planning and reporting processes, including executive updates and progress tracking across multiple initiatives
  • Translate complex technical systems into clear plans and documentation to support consistent execution across teams
What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role within a technology-focused organization
  • Ability to understand system design concepts and break down complex technical problems into structured plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Experience building and managing privacy programs with defined milestones, metrics, and reporting processes
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a high-growth environment

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
