Your Role
The Senior Analyst, Privacy supports enterprise-wide compliance with global privacy laws and emerging AI requirements. This role partners closely with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders-including Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Digital, and Marketing-to operationalize privacy and AI risk management across data-driven initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and project management skills with hands-on experience in privacy operations, process improvement, and governance tooling.

Your Impact
Privacy Risk Assessments & Reviews
  • Lead and coordinate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for data-driven initiatives.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand, identify, assess privacy and AI-related risks

  • Use awareness of legal and regulatory requirements to identify potential risks

OneTrust & Governance Platform Management
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the OneTrust Privacy & AI Governance platform.

  • Manage key modules, which may include:

  • Assessment automation

  • Data subject rights / privacy rights fulfillment

  • Cookie consent and preference management

  • AI governance workflows and controls

  • Identify opportunities to increase automation and improve data quality within governance tool

Program & Process Optimization
  • Analyze and enhance privacy and AI governance processes, including workflows, documentation, and training materials.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase program efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.

  • Support the implementation of program updates in response to evolving global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, emerging AI regulations).

Project & Program Management
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing based on risk, complexity, and business impact.

  • Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of privacy program initiatives.

  • Balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term strategic initiatives.

Operational Privacy Support
  • Assist in the development, publication, and maintenance of privacy notices and policies.

  • Support data subject rights operations and other core privacy program activities.

  • Contribute to training and awareness efforts across the organization.

  • Perform additional privacy and AI governance tasks as needed.

Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in privacy, data governance, compliance, or related field.

Core Competencies
  • Privacy & Compliance Knowledge: Working understanding of global privacy principles and regulations; familiarity with AI governance concepts is a plus.

  • Process Improvement: Ability to assess, design, and optimize workflows for operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines.

Technical & Tools Proficiency:
  • Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management platforms preferred

  • Familiarity with SDLC and product development environments is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook)

  • Communication & Influence: Ability to clearly communicate complex legal and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and technology environment.
