Job Summary:ย 

Works with or redesigns client provided files for printing. Utilizes design software, perform order entry, assist bindery and overall printshop support.ย 

Job Responsibilities:ย 

  1. Operates both Mac and PC computers.ย 
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).ย 
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).ย 
  4. Provides customer service and answers telephones.ย 
  5. Understands and communicates regarding daily workflow schedule.ย 
  6. Proficient using print shop management software (Printer's Plan) a plus.ย 
  7. Reads and understands work orders.ย 

Education Requirements:ย 

  • High School diploma or GEDย 

Licensure/Certification Requirements:ย 

  • Valid North Carolina Driver's License Professionalย 

Experience Requirements:ย 

  • Three (3) years of graphic design experience.ย 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:ย
