To strengthen our Client Services Team in Clayton, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager โ€“ Print Production.
Your Role
  • Receive and process routine and complex client orders.
  • Respond to inquiries and/or customer issues related to orders.
  • Maintain positive ongoing relationships with customers and sales staff.
  • Utilize knowledge of products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management to ensure that client orders are fulfilled on time and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Manage the proofing process, including requesting revisions to graphics and client approvals.
  • Generate job tickets in the ERP system.
  • Assure that client product specifications are followed and updated as applicable.
  • Submit requests for quotes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, if needed.
  • Own the project from the front-end through shipping.
  • Track on-time deliverables or client press checks, as needed.
  • Occasionally travel for on-site meetings, etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled on time and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have.
  • Ensure that all project-specific requirements are met, such as tracking of on-time deliverables or client press checks.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client orders and communications.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
