Supply Operations Manager, FinishingSummary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supply Operations Manager, Finishing!

We're looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee production scheduling, material flow, and finishing operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll lead a team of schedulers and coordinators while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.

What You'll Do

-Lead daily scheduling, sequencing, and material flow operations for finishing and packaging production
-Execute detailed production schedules aligned to customer demand and operational capacity
-Manage and develop Production Schedulers, Coordinators, and Production Support staff
-Monitor inventory accuracy, material availability, and production workflow efficiency
-Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Production Control, and Client Services teams to support operations
-Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and consistency
-Communicate schedule updates, operational constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholders
-Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across finishing operations
-Support compliance with safety, quality, and security standards


What You'll Bring

-Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
-5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management within manufacturing
-2+ years of leadership experience managing schedulers, planners, or operations teams
-Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
-Strong understanding of inventory control and production scheduling processes
-Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
-Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred
-APICS/ASCM certification is a plus
