What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain daily and short-term production schedules across multiple production lines.
  • Adjust schedules based on production performance, material availability, and changing priorities.
  • Sequence production activities to maximize efficiency and throughput.
  • Participate in daily planning meetings and communicate schedule updates.
  • Identify risks to production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Client Services teams to align production plans.
  • Support prioritization of urgent customer orders and changing business needs.
  • Monitor schedule performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data-driven tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar production environments preferred.
  • Understanding of capacity planning, production constraints, and operational workflows.
