Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Program Manager. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this task order (TO) to include the authority to bind the Contractor for matters pertaining to the resultant TO
  • Provide overall management of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE) to include directing all contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reports
  • Execute and monitor all program activities
  • Manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule of program work, coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects
  • Prepare and update program plans and status reports
  • Prepare and present reports for all MACC-TTE events
  • Track and report key performance metrics with analysis as directed by the government
  • Report status, develop project-related documentation, and implement lessons learned
  • Conduct tours and briefings for Senior State and national level leaders
  • Represent the MACC-TTE at various national level working groups and planning conferences
  • Conduct high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau and Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) levels

Minimum Qualifications of Program Manager
Master's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or related discipline 10+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management or Senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry experience working with Senior level DoD personnel.
  • Senior level DoD experience is defined as experience as a military field grade officer or above OR as a senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above OR experience as a DoD civilian at a pay grade of GS13 or higher.
  • The Contractor shall be experienced in all areas relating to enterprise level technology management with a minimum two (2) years of experience managing Cyber range or IT / OT Technology Programs.
  • The Contractor shall have a working knowledge of all associated platform support and hardware associated with a DoD Cyber Test Range.
  • Must have TS clearance, SCI eligible.
