We are looking for dependable Rubber Press Operators to help produce rubber seals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in manufacturing, learn new skills, and grow with a company that values hard work and teamwork.

Shift Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
  • With ability to work Fridays (OT)

What You'll Do

  • Operate rubber press machines to produce high-quality rubber seals and components
  • Load raw rubber into molds and remove finished parts from the press
  • Inspect parts for quality issues such as flash, voids, or incomplete curing
  • Trim excess material using hand tools or trimming equipment
  • Monitor machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times
  • Make minor machine adjustments within training guidelines
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Accurately complete production and quality records
  • Work with your team to meet production goals and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Previous rubber press or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs

  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, fumes, dust, and heavy machinery
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
