Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Temporary Presentation Designer with superior presentation design skills to be part of our team for a special project. The successful candidate must be adept at handling every aspect of design presentation from creation to clean-up to finalization. Reporting to the Group Design Director, Brand Identity, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing creative solutions across various media platforms. You'll collaborate with our team of talented professionals to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will require late night and weekend work as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrate superior design presentation skills to include every aspect of the process. (creation, clean-up, finalization)
  • Produce high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral.
  • As needed, assist creative team with execution of ideas.
  • Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting
  • Superior presentation creation and design skills
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize collaborative design platforms such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Animation skills a plus
  • Must be comfortable operating within very tight timelines and be able to quickly pivot from one project to the next.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute design strategies that align with business objectives
  • A passion for design innovation and a creative mindset

Additional Information
At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we're connected. Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The hourly pay range for this position is $50.18 - $65.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factor, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as accrued safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
