Title: Keynote Designer

Location: Hybrid schedule in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA

Duration: 12 Months Contract with possibility of extension

Keynote Designer

The Central Marketing team is seeking an experienced creative designer to work on Director-level and above Keynote presentations within Services Marketing.

This position will work closely with our leadership team (Senior Director + reports), as well as teams across the org to develop highly-polished presentations.

This candidate should be able to receive high-level direction, provide appropriate options/solutions, and proactively collaborate with multiple teams to source content and key information. The candidate should be able to work in an efficient and organized manner, have a keen eye for detail, and deliver pixel-perfect final versions. This candidate should additionally be able to independently drive and manage presentations to completion.

The ideal candidate should have a high-level of proficiency in Keynote and supporting graphic design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.), should be familiar with best practices in building Keynote presentations, and possess an ability to synthesize complex quantitive and qualitative information in an easy-to-digest manner. The candidate should also have experience and a high-level of aptitude in creating device and screen comps.

The position will help up-level design skills across the org by developing a repository of keynote templates, design systems (email templates, dashboards, etc.), and how-to guides for use by the broader Central Marketing team in their day-to-day work.


Additional job details:

  • Design high-quality Keynote presentations for executive leadership and the wider internal organization.
  • Transform storyboards and speaker notes into polished, visually compelling presentations while maintaining Client design standards and design systems.
  • Use and help evolve presentation templates, design systems, and a shared asset/library to enable teams to be more self-sufficient.
  • Support approximately 3–4 presentation projects at a time, each with different milestones, deadlines, and multiple review cycles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine internal and executive-level presentations in Keynote.
  • Distill complex, multi-source information into clear, simple, and engaging visual stories.
  • Maintain and help evolve client-aligned visual style, ensuring consistency across presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and senior leaders, sometimes working with directors and executives directly.
  • Independently set up and manage priorities, milestones, review points, and feedback cycles, acting as a self-starter.
  • Iterate through multiple rounds of feedback, adjusting designs without over-attachment and occasionally pushing back constructively when needed.


Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Keynote and presentation design.
  • Demonstrated visual storytelling skills, including hierarchy, layout, typography, and information design.
  • Experience working within design systems and brand guidelines, and applying them consistently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, self-starting, and proactive, able to navigate multiple inputs and evolving requirements.


Preferred Background:

Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative/brand-focused environments, ideally with multiple clients or stakeholders.

Portfolio demonstrating:

  • Executive/leadership-ready presentations
  • Use of design systems or brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints
  • Clean, systematic design and strong visual craft
  • Broader design experience (e.g., branding, web, product, or digital design) in addition to presentation work is preferred over presentation-only experience.
