Job description

Pridestaff, on behalf of a client located in Hallandale Beach, is seeking a reliable, honest, and dedicated Embroidery Specialist to create beautiful, personalized embroidery designs that exceed our customers' expectations. If you have a passion for precision, creativity, and quality craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs on various fabrics and materials
  • Set up embroidery machines with appropriate thread colors, needles, and backing materials
  • Program and adjust embroidery machines to ensure accurate design placement and execution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with embroidery machines or design execution
  • Collaborate with the design team to interpret and execute complex embroidery designs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Embroidery Specialist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in operating industrial embroidery machines and related software
  • Strong understanding of various fabrics, threads, and embroidery techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to read and interpret design specifications and technical drawings
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Must be willing to submit to a background screen and drug test.
