Job description

Start working this week in a creative production role with steady hours and weekly pay. If you have design experience and a strong eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to get into embroidery digitizing with a fast-moving team.
Embroidery Digitizer – 1st Shift
Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
• Convert artwork and designs into digital files for embroidery machines
• Review artwork and determine sizing, stitch density, and underlay settings
• Adjust push/pull compensation and entry/exit points for clean stitching
• Select thread colors and prepare sequence sheets for production
• Process artwork changes from the production floor
• Ensure all designs meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Communicate with supervisors and production teams on adjustments
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety guidelines
Requirements
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to complete and pass Wilcom training (provided on the job)
• Graphic design, embroidery, or digitizing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
