Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Presentation Designer to lead executive-level visual storytelling and design for live and virtual events. This role blends strategic thinking with exceptional design, transforming complex ideas into powerful, audience-centered visual experiences. They will be a strong leader with a passion for the latest design trends and creative technologies, eager to elevate the agencyโ€™s work on behalf of our clients.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Design and lead the development of PowerPoint and Keynote presentations that translate executive messaging into compelling, visual narratives
  • Develop and maintain presentation templates aligned with a variety of brand standards
  • Interpret complex content and distill it into clear, impactful visuals
  • Brand application and acceleration: applying existing client brands to various event elements including event identity design, signage, collateral etc. while maintaining brand consistency and pushing visual limits to enhance the brand within the live event experience
  • Additional design support may include: Print collateral, signage and other forms of campaign design and social media imagery
  • Leading and working with an extended team of freelancers and contractors
  • Collaborating with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Communication Strategists and Producers on a regular basis
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompting
  • Supervision of freelance designers as needed
  • Travel will be required for this position (10-15% of the time)
Requirements:

What Youโ€™ll Need to Succeed:

  • 8+ years of experience in presentation design, with significant live event experience supporting large-scale corporate events, conferences, sales kickoffs, or presentations delivered to audiences of 500+ attendees
  • 4-year undergraduate degree preferred, preferably with a major in fine arts
  • Experience working within brand systems and design guardrails
  • Experience participating in agency creative process, including creative briefs, kick-off brainstorms, weekly review meetings, and presentations to clients/executives
  • Expert Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote (required) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert at designing for speaker pacing and live stage environments
  • Experience designing for large-format and live production environments
  • Design for video motion graphics preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to the extent necessary to perform the essential functions of the job, including communicating with clients and team members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
