Clearwater is hiring a Presentation Designer to supportCEO,executive, client, and sales communications across the business.

This roleis responsible forturning complex, often unstructured content into clear, high-quality PowerPoint presentations. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to how we communicate across the business.

This is a hands-on production role. The focus is speed, clarity, and execution.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Turn rough inputs (notes, emails, drafts, existing slides) into polished executive-ready presentations

  • Structurecomplexcontentinto clear, logical flows with strong hierarchy and messaging

  • Simplify complex topics (investment data, risk, product, workflows) into clean, digestible visuals

  • Improve clarity and flow without changing core intent

  • Ensure consistency across presentations in how Clearwater shows up in the market

  • Build andmaintaintemplates and reusable slide components

  • Support high-priority deliverables including board materials, client presentations, product launches, and sales narratives

  • Operate at speed across multiple workstreams with tight timelines
