Summary:

The Associate Provider Recruiter supports the recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers by partnering with Provider Recruiters throughout the full recruitment process. Responsibilities include developing and advertising career opportunities, sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining applicant information, coordinating interviews, and assisting with relocation and pre-boarding activities. This position helps ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience while contributing to the organization's provider recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Provider Recruiters to support the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pre-boarding, and relocation support.
2. Attend intake meetings with assigned recruiters and hiring leaders to assist in developing comprehensive, targeted recruitment strategies aligned with departmental needs.
3. Create and maintain compelling job postings for career sites and external job boards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and market competitiveness.
4. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, residency and fellowship programs, conferences, and referral networks to build strong candidate pipelines.
5. Accurately maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM, including data entry, status updates, documentation, and reporting to ensure data integrity and compliance.
6. Assist with the Coordination and confirm itineraries, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
7. Provide day-of interview support, including greeting and escorting candidates, facilitating interview schedules, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with benefit overviews and organizational presentations.
8. Assist with pre-boarding processes, including onboarding documentation, background check coordination, and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
9. Support general recruitment operations, including tracking recruitment activity, preparing reports, managing calendars, updating recruitment metrics, and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
10. Work closely with recruiters, department coordinators, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure alignment, clear communication, and efficient execution of recruitment activities.
12. Serve as backup to Senior Provider Recruiters by supporting interviews, off-site meetings, and conferences, including candidate coordination, logistics management, and representing the recruitment team as needed.

Education and Experience:
· 3 years' healthcare recruitment experience. Provider recruitment experience preferred. 
· Bachelor's degree or 8 years related experience.
· AAPPR required within 1 year of hire.
