A kennel attendant provides care for dogs, cats, and other animals in veterinary clinics, adoption shelters, and pet boarding facilities. As a kennel attendant, your duties include feeding animals, cleaning and sanitizing cages, and walking and playing with pets. You may also bathe and groom animals, administer medications, and monitor animals for any unusual behavior or signs of illness. There are few qualifications for the job aside from experience working with animals.
