  • Serve as the primary liaison between the doctor and staff
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
  • Monitor staffing, workflow, scheduling, and daily office operations
  • Reinforce office policies, procedures, and performance expectations
  • Address employee, patient, and workflow concerns professionally

Patient & Referral Relations

  • Maintain a high level of patient service

The Ideal Candidate

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving systems
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with both staff and patients
  • Values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Prior office management, supervisory, or team-lead experience required

  • Experience with patient financing, insurance verification, treatment coordination, or account management preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial responsibilities with patients
  • Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Open Dental experience preferred

Our practice continues to grow through strong relationships with referring providers and a commitment to exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is excited to grow with us and help lead our team into the future.
