Responsibilities

Under the direction and supervision of Director of Physician Practice Management, this management position serves as a liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and the Northside Hospital, assuring compliance of Northside policies and procedures, and maintaining a productive, financially secure work environment.  Responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field OR Associates Degree and four (4) years of related healthcare leadership experience OR Eight (8) years of  leadership Operations experience in a large, multi-specialty or multi-location physician practice organization.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

1. MHA or MBA preferred.

2. Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
