Join Soccer Shots - Greater Atlanta as an Associate Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of youth soccer in our community. This exciting position combines leadership, program management, and a passion for sports to create a positive impact on childrens lives.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and manage program implementation for youth soccer sessions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of coaches to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Soccer Shots programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community organizations.
  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Organize the master schedule and make sure all sessions have adequate coaches.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development for coaching staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in sports management, youth programs, or education.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
