The Assistant Director is a key leader who helps ensure the success of our preschool by supporting daily operations, developing teachers, building partnerships with families, and maintaining a culture of excellence. Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of state licensing requirements and health and safety regulations.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
