Job description

Canton Mancan is assisting a local company in hiring a powder coater!
** Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in painting and powder coating of precision sheet metal fabrications.
** 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
** Up to $25.00 per hour based on experience and skill level.
Paints or powder coat surfaces of manufactured metal products with wet paint or powder using spray gun.
1.Sets up an industrial washer for cleaning parts.
2.Masks parts as necessary per drawing.
3.Loads parts on conveyor.
4.Mixes coating, liquid to desired color, or pours powder into hopper.
5.Set the oven to specified temperature to properly bake paint or powder.
6.Checks parts after baking to ensure correct paint thickness using mil thickness gage.
7. Removes parts from conveyors and de-masks as required.
8. Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds. Mobility requirements include:
standing, walking, reaching, and bending
