Job description

We're looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our team and help us deliver finishes our customers can count on. If you take pride in getting a flawless coat every time and know your way around a powder coating line, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coat parts using powder coating equipment to meet quality and finish specifications
  • Inspect coated parts for consistency, coverage, and defects
  • Maintain and troubleshoot coating equipment, including guns, booths, and ovens
  • Monitor cure times and oven temperatures to ensure proper finish
  • Keep the coating area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work closely with the paint prep team to keep parts moving efficiently through the line
  • Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on powder coating experience
  • Solid understanding of powder application techniques, equipment, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read work orders and follow finish specifications
  • Strong attention to detail - you notice the flaws others miss
  • Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a shop environment
  • A team player who takes ownership of their work
