Powder Coat Paint Operator - 2nd Shift

Bethlehem, PA
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Monday through Friday
$19.50 per hour

A growing manufacturing company is looking for eager employees willing to learn powder coat painting!

Skills for a Powder Coat Paint Operator:

  • Excellent Attendance
  • Proven work longevity
  • Team player - willing to help where needed
  • Industrial painting experience preferred
  • Able to follow directions and follow all safety protocols
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • High school diploma or GED minimum

Duties of a Powder Coat Paint Operator:

  • Start flow current, activate conveyor and paint spraying equipment.
  • Set pressure and control flow of paint to each spray station.
  • Adjusts paint controls as needed
  • Inspects painted units for excess coating and unpainted areas.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of work area
  • Spray parts to cover unpainted areas or apply rust preventative.
