Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Mansfield, OH. This is a first-shift/second- shift opportunity for someone with previous powder coating experience who takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Apply powder coating to metal parts and components
  • Prepare products for coating by cleaning, masking, and staging materials
  • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect coated products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage
  • Perform touch-ups or rework as needed
