Enjoy a better work-life balance with a Monday–Thursday schedule and Fridays off! Midlake Products is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our metal fabrication operation as a Powder Coating Technician.

What You'll Do:

  • Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment

  • Load and unload components on the powder coating line

  • Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and color consistency

  • Prepare parts for coating, including masking and handling materials

  • Inspect finished parts to meet quality and appearance standards

  • Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized

  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
