Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing quality inspections, sorting and staging materials, and supporting efficient production flow throughout the facility.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a warehouse, distribution warehouse, manufacturing, or material handler environment and take pride in maintaining quality and accuracy.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections on finished products.
  • Safely offload products from conveyor systems and manual powder coating racks.
  • Sort materials according to production requirements.
  • Transport and stage materials for assembly and production while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control, Powder Coating, and Production teams to ensure product quality, efficiency, and on-time workflow.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, warehouse associate, material handler, package handler, warehouse packer, or related roles preferred.
  • Experience as a forklift operator warehouse employee is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
  • Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
  • Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
  • Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
