PostNet Vintage Park – Houston, TX 77070

Pay: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: Approximately 12 to 18 hours per week
About the Position
PostNet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team at our Vintage Park location in Houston, TX 77070.
This is a hands-on customer service position where no two days are the same. Most of your time will be spent assisting customers at the counter, processing shipments, receiving and sorting mail and packages, and assisting our private mailbox customers. You'll also help with basic printing and document services as needed.
This position will typically work 2 to 3 days per week. Weekday shifts are primarily 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday hours are 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturday availability is preferred but not required.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, pays attention to details, and likes staying busy. Previous shipping or retail experience is helpful but not required. We provide training on our systems and services.
What You Will Do
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
  • Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL
  • Help customers select shipping options based on cost, speed, and service needs
  • Package customer items for safe shipment
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate private mailbox and package records
  • Assist mailbox customers with mail and package pickups
  • Accept prepaid package drop-offs
  • Process customer transactions and payments
  • Answer phones and respond to customer questions
  • Assist with basic copying, scanning, printing, and document services
  • Learn PostNet products and services and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Assist other team members as needed
