Production Supervisor / Print Production Specialist
Buckhead - Atlanta | PostNet GA131
Part-Time | 30-35 Hours/Week (Mon-Fri, Flexible Schedule)
About the Role
PostNet GA131 is hiring a Print Production Manager/Specialist to lead day-to-day print operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in print production, graphic design, digital printing, or hands-on operations who takes pride in quality work and enjoys managing projects from start to finish.
You'll play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time, while also supporting front-counter operations as needed.
Schedule
Monday-Friday
Flexible between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
30-35 hours per week
Additional hours available during busy periods
Compensation & Benefits
$16 and up per/hour (based on experience)
401(k) with up to 3% employer match

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage print jobs from file setup through final production
  • Prepare print-ready files (bleeds, crop marks, layout, resizing, cut files)
  • Perform basic graphic design and customer file edits
  • Operate digital printers and finishing equipment (cutting, laminating, binding, etc.)
  • Ensure color accuracy, quality control, and on-time production
  • Handle multiple jobs and communicate status with team
  • Maintain production workflow, supplies, and organized workspace
  • Assist customers with print orders, POS transactions, and general store support

Qualifications
  • Experience in a print shop, production, or similar environment
  • Hands-on experience with digital and/or wide-format printing
  • Familiarity with finishing equipment (cutting, laminating, bindery)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of print file setup (bleeds, crop marks, sizing, color modes)
  • Ability to preflight, troubleshoot, and prepare customer artwork
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
